Tents For Lombok

After witnessing first hand the devastating effects of the horrific 7.0 earthquake and the many that followed, the Fiona Unity Foundation sprung into action. An impromptu fundraising appeal co hosted by McGettingan’s in Mega Kuningan raised in less than 4 hrs an amazing IDR 100,000,000 to buy 40 massive tents and 50 tarpaulins which were shipped to Lombok within 2 weeks. Together with 20 large boxes of medical supplies, sanitary products and baby formula, donated by the Cilandak Rotary Club and loyal supporters.

For 5 days we worked side by side with Endri’s Foundation to erect and distributed as quickly as possible before the rain set in.
